Vanilla Filling
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup water
Boil the sugar and water until the sugar threads. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir in gradually the boiling syrup. Stir vigorously until cold and thick. Add the vanilla.
