Uncooked Tomato Sauce
- 3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves, chopped finely
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice from 1 lemon
- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
In large bowl, combine ingredients except angel hair, mix well. Let stand 20 minutes. Cook angel hair according to package instructions. Toss sauce with angel hair, serve immediately.
