Turkey Hash

  • Turkey meat
  • 1 large Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Thyme or celery
Cut up the turkey meat very fine. Stew the bones in a little water. Stir the meat into this water, adding butter, cream, pepper and salt, a little chopped parsley, thyme or celery. Stew all together.
