Tongue Sandwiches
- 1 cup tongue, finely chopped
- 1 tsp made mustard
- 1 Tbsp soft butter
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Yolk of 1 hard boiled egg
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Dash of nutmeg
Mix the chopped tongue thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients. Spread between slices of bread.
