Tomatoes with Anchovies and Eggs
- large tomatoes, sliced
- Anchovies, chopped
- Hard-cooked eggs
- Little minced parsley
Cut slices from large tomatoes, and on each slice place a ring of chopped anchovies. In the center of ring place chopped hard-cooked eggs. Sprinkle with little minced parsley. Place them in a row on a platter or square plate.
