Tomato Catsup
- 24 medium sized tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 bunches celery, chopped
- 6 green peppers, chopped
- 4 onions, peeled and chopped
- 4 Tbsps salt
- 6 Tbsps sugar
- 6 cups vinegar
Mix all of the above ingredients. Cook slowly for about an hour. Strain through medium wire sieve. Pour into containers. Seal.
