Tomato Catsup
- 1 gallon tomato pulp
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 2 Tbsps cloves
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsps horseradish, grated
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 2/3 gallon vinegar
- 3 lbs sugar
Boil all of the above ingredients together except for the sugar. Add the sugar and boil for awhile.
