- Preserved plums, strawberry or any preserve
- Whipped cream
- Jelly
Take as many light rusks as desired. Crumb and add a moderate amount of sugar. Place in a glass or china pudding dish one layer of the rusks and then a layer of preserved plums, strawberry or any preserve then a layer of sweetened, whipped cream. Repeat until the dish is full. The last layer must be of whipped cream. Dot with jelly on top. Serve as a dessert.
