Thin Biscuit or Crackers
- 1 quart flour
- 1 Tbsp lard & butter, mixed
- Salt
Rub the mixed butter and lard into the flour. Add a little salt. Make a stiff paste with water. Beat the dough until it blisters. Roll thin and stick with a fork. Bake quickly at 400°F.
