Tea Punch
- 3 cups strong green tea
- Rind of 6 lemons, pared very thin
- 1 1/2 lb sugar
- Juice of 6 lemons
- 1 quart rum
Put the very thinly pared lemon rind in the green tea. Add sugar and lemon juice. Stir together for a few minutes and then strain. Add the rum.
Fill the glasses with crushed ice when serving. This will keep any length of time bottled.
