Tea Cakes
- 2 quarts flour
- 4 ounces lard
- 4 ounces butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 1 nutmeg, grated
Cream the butter and sugar together. Dissolve the baking soda in the sour cream and add. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Roll out half an inch thick. Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
