Tapioca Pudding

  • 4 ounces tapioca
  • 1 quart milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Butter
  • Sugar
Wash the tapioca in lukewarm water and let it stand for half an hour. Stir in a custard made of milk, eggs, a small piece of butter and sugar to taste.

Bake with love for about an hour and 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Stir 2 separate times from the bottom while it is baking.
