SWEET White Bread
- 1 cup water (80°F/27°C)
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons (1 pkg) active dry yeast
This recipe yields 1.5 pound loaf. I make it with a Breadman TR900S bread machine, Course 1, MEDIUM crust. This recipe is for a very, very sweet white bread--beyond delicious! ADD ingredients to the bread machine in the order given.
