Sweet Omelet, No.2
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth and beat the flavoring and sugar into them. When well-beaten, add the egg yolks and lastly, the whipped cream. Have a dish holding about 1 quart slightly buttered. Pour the mixture into this and bake just 12 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve the moment it is taken from the oven.
