Sweet Crackers
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- Pounded cinnamon
- Grated nutmeg
- Flour
Cream the butter and sugar together. Slowly stir in the baking soda dissolved in the sour cream. Add the eggs and flour. Use just enough flour to make a soft dough. Flavor with pounded cinnamon and grated nutmeg. Mix completely.
Roll thin and cut with tin shapes. Bake quickly at 400°F.
