Swedish Griddle Cakes
- 1 pint white flour, sifted
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda dissolved in vinegar
- 2 cups milk
- Flour
Beat the egg yolks light. Add salt, baking soda, milk then the flour and beaten egg whites alternately. Thin with more milk if necessary.
