Swedish Griddle Cakes

  • 1 pint white flour, sifted
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda dissolved in vinegar
  • 2 cups milk
  • Flour
Beat the egg yolks light. Add salt, baking soda, milk then the flour and beaten egg whites alternately. Thin with more milk if necessary.
