Suet Pudding
- 3/4 pound chopped suet (fine.)
- 1/2 cup seeded raisins, chopped
- 3 tablespoons moist sugar
- 3 egg (yolks of 3 and whites of 2 well beaten)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Boil for 4 hours or steam in basin.
