Suet Pudding

  • 3/4 pound chopped suet (fine.)
  • 1/2 cup seeded raisins, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons moist sugar
  • 3 egg (yolks of 3 and whites of 2 well beaten)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Boil for 4 hours or steam in basin.
