Strawberry Ice Water
- 1 pint water
- 12 ounces granulated sugar
- 2 pints strawberry juice
Boil the sugar and water for about 10 minutes, skimming carefully. Remove from the fire and allow to grow cold. Add the strawberry juice. The flavor can be improved by adding a little currant juice. Beat the mixture well together. Freeze.
