Steamed Salmon
- 1 can of salmon
- 1 cup of fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- A little milk
Steam in a mould one hour. Make a white sauce; season with teaspoon anchovy sauce and pour atop the salmon when served. This is a luncheon dish.
