Squash Muffins

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup squash pulp
  • 1 cup milk
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add milk slowly, beat in squash, add those eggs well-beaten, and bake like tea cakes.
