Squash Muffins
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup squash pulp
- 1 cup milk
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add milk slowly, beat in squash, add those eggs well-beaten, and bake like tea cakes.
