Sponge Jelly Cake
- 3 eggs
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 3 Tbsps boiling water
Mix the baking powder with the flour. Beat each of the eggs separately. Mix all of the above ingredients together. Bake in jelly tins in a brisk oven at 400°F. When cool, chocolate frosting put between the cakes makes them very delicious, or jelly, if you prefer.
