Spinach Salad
- 1 cup spinach, drained and chopped very fine
- 1 hard boiled egg, put through meat chopper
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup liquid from the spinach
Mix and let come to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon gelatine and pour into a large mold or several small ones to set. Garnish with hard boiled eggs and serve proudly with French dressing.
