Spinach Salad

  • 1 cup spinach, drained and chopped very fine
  • 1 hard boiled egg, put through meat chopper
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup liquid from the spinach
Mix and let come to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon gelatine and pour into a large mold or several small ones to set. Garnish with hard boiled eggs and serve proudly with French dressing.
