Spiced Fish with White Sauce
- Leftover boiled, white fish
- Tomato catsup
- Anchovy
- Worcestershire sauce
- Paprika
- White sauce (see White Sauce for Souffles recipe)
- Egg yolks, well beaten
Season the leftover fish highly with one of the following or a combination: tomato catsup, anchovy, Worcestershire sauce and a little paprika.
Make enough white sauce to cover the fish, adding 2 beaten yolks to each cup of sauce.
Flake the fish. Pour the sauce over and heat in the oven.
