Sourdough Bread
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
- 1 package Active Dry yeast
Put all of the above ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed. Select "Basic" setting and change crust setting to "L." Press Start/Stop button.
