Soft Boiled Eggs
Put the eggs in a dish with a cover, pour boiling water over them and place the cover on. Set aside where they will keep hot and not boil for 10-12 minutes (be patient, you rascal). The heat of the water will cook the eggs slowly and evenly, leaving the center or yolk harder than the white.
