Soft Boiled Eggs
Put the eggs in a large tin cup or any tin container. Pour boiling water over them and let them remain near the fire for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Be careful not to let them boil. Eggs cooked this way are slightly jellied throughout. They can be kept hot without becoming hard.
