Soda Cracker Pie
- 2 large or 4 round soda crackers
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Peel of 1 lemon, grated
- 1 cup or more powdered sugar
- Pastry
Pour water on the soda crackers and let them remain until thoroughly wet. Press out the water and crush them up together. Slowly stir in the lemon juice and grated lemon peel with the powdered sugar. Put in pastry and bake.
