Soda Biscuit
- Dry ingredients:
- 1 quart flour, sifted
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 tsps cream of tartar
- 1 tsp salt
- Other:
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 pint sweet milk
Mix the dry ingredients through and through. Rub in the butter and moisten with the milk. Bake in a quick oven at 400 degrees F.
