Snow Cake
- 10 egg whites, beaten light
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 2 tsps cream of tartar
- Salt
- Flavoring
Rub the flour, cream of tartar, sugar and salt well together. Add the beaten eggs and only stir enough to mix very delicately.
