Sheila's Rosemary Bread
- For a 1 1/2 pound loaf:
- 2 Tbsps active dry yeast
- 3 1/8 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 tsps salt
- 2 Tbsps nonfat dry milk
- 3 Tbsps dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 1/8 cup water
This recipe is designed for a bread machine.
Just smelling this bread will drive you crazy!
Add ingredients in the order listed--all should be at room temperature.
Select 2-3 cups basic bread. Select "light" for the color of the bread.
