Sharp Brown Sauce
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps flour
- 1 tsp mustard
- Cayenne
- 2 cups brown stock or pan gravy
Melt the butter. Add flour and cook until light brown. Add stock gradually. Cook for about 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add seasonings.
