Seed Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 2 Tbsps caraway seeds
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the well-beaten eggs and water. Sift together and add the salt, flour and baking powder. Then add the seeds. Turn onto a well flour-covered surface, roll out thinly. Cut into rounds. Lay on greased, flat pans. Bake about 10 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
