Scalloped Scallops

  • Scallops, cut into small pieces
  • Cracker crumbs
  • Egg, beaten
  • Milk or cream
  • Butter
Mix the scallops with the cracker crumbs, beaten egg and a small amount of cream or milk. Season to taste.

Fill the shells with the mixture, washed for the purpose. Cover with crumbs and put a bit of butter on each.

Bake until delicately brown.
