Sauce Vinaigrette
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp cold water
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Rub the bottom of a mixing bowl with a clove of garlic. Put in pepper and salt to taste. Add tabasco sauce and 1 tsp cold water. Mix completely. Add the olive oil.
