Salmon Loaf

  • 1 can of salmon minced
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • Season with salt and pepper.
Pick fish fine; rub butter smooth; beat the crumbs into the eggs, and season before mixing; steam one hour in a butter mold. Sauce- One cup milk thickened with one tablespoon of cornstarch, one tablespoon butter; add the liquid off the fish and one raw egg, then pour atop the loaf.
