Salmon Croquettes

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 pint bread crumbs
  • 5 rolled crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • Lard
One can salmon, 1 pint bread crumbs or 5 rolled crackers, 2 large eggs. Take out the bones and skins, chop and mix and form in small croquettes. Fry in hot lard.
