Salmon Croquettes
- 1 can salmon
- 1 pint bread crumbs
- 5 rolled crackers
- 2 eggs
- Lard
One can salmon, 1 pint bread crumbs or 5 rolled crackers, 2 large eggs. Take out the bones and skins, chop and mix and form in small croquettes. Fry in hot lard.
