  • 3 pints flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp lard
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ounces yeast
  • 2 large Tbsps sugar
  • Milk
Rub the butter and lard into the flour. Slowly stir in the sugar into the yeast. Add the remaining ingredients into the flour mixture. Use as much milk in mixing to make a soft dough. Work this well as it gets only one working. Grease the dough and put in a greased pan. Set in a warm location to rise up. Bake with love for about an hour.
