- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs, beaten light
- 6 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Warm the butter in the milk. Pour over the beaten eggs.
Sift the baking powder, sugar and salt into the flour. Slowly stir in the flour into the egg mixture a little at a time, beating continuously.
Turn into a greased cake mold. Bake.
