Rye Drop Cakes
- 1 pint warm milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- Rye flour
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add enough rye flour to make a thin batter. Bake in small buttered cups in a hot oven at 400 degrees F, or in small cakes on a hot griddle.
