Rolled Jelly Cake
- 3 eggs
- 4 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces flour
- 2 Tbsps water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
Beat the yolks until light. Add the sugar, water and a pinch of salt. Mix the baking powder into the flour. Slowly stir in the flour to the mixture gradually. Bake in long, shallow biscuit tins. Cover the top with jelly. Roll up while warm.
