Rice with Bananas
- 3 well ripened bananas
- Lemon juice
- 1 cup cold, cooked rice
Peel the bananas. Mash them with a fork to a smooth, creamy pulp, adding a few small drops of lemon juice. Stir the mixture lightly into the cooked rice.
Serve with or without sweetened cream.
