Rice Biscuits

  • 1/2 lb ground rice
  • 5 ounces white sugar
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 eggs
Beat the butter well. Stir in gradually the ground rice and sugar. Whisk the eggs well and add to the mixture. Roll out on the paste board and cut into shapes with a paste cutter. Place on greased tin. Bake with love for 15 minutes in a slow oven at 300°F.
