Rhubarb Sweet Pickle

  • 6 pounds rhubarb, chopped
  • 7 pounds sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Mix all together, cook gently about 3 hours, stirring frequently. Pack in jelly glasses, seal.
