Refrigerator Cookies
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups waffle flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup nut meat, chopped
Mix all of the ingredients together. Knead into a roll and slice off. Bake in a quick oven at 400°F. Can stand for days in the refrigerator before baking.
