- Compressed Wheat Bread

1/4 cup 10 grain cereal
3 Tbsps gluten
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp butter
1 cu - Rye Bread | 1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups water
80 ml olive oil
2-2 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp MSG (optional- I love it)
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup caraway seeds

1 package dry yeast

2 Tbsps Salt
9 cups lukewarm water
11-13 cups flour, unsifted
Lard (Crisco)
2 Tbsps powdered yeast - Bob's Restaurant Bread
Poolish:
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 cup rye flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup semolina flour
1 cup bread flour (white)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sugar (turbinado)
- Water Bread
2 cups boiling water
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp lard
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water
6 cups flour, sifted - MOM'S FARM BREAD
Bread Mixture:
1. 3 cups warm water
2. 1/2 cup sugar or honey or molasses
3. 1 tsp salt
4. 1 Tbsp vinegar
5. 1 large egg (optional - produces a nice crust)
6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil - Classic French Bread
3 cups of French style flour
1 cup of spring water plus 1/4 cup extra
2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
