Reception Chocolate
- 2 squares sweetened chocolate
- 4 cups scalded milk
- Few grains salt
- Whipped cream
Add chocolate to milk and stir until dissolved. Bring to boiling point, add salt and beat for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve with whipped cream, sweetened and flavored.
