Raspe Kumla (Potato Dumplings)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Salt pork or bacon
- 1/3 tsp salt
- Potatoes
Grind up as many raw potatoes as can be molded into dumplings with the flour in the meat grinder. Add salt and baking powder. Press a piece of salt pork into the center of each dumpling. Boil in hot water until done.
