Raspberry Vinegar

  • 4 quarts red raspberries
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Raspberry juice
Add enough vinegar to the raspberries to cover. Let it stand for 24 hours. Scald and strain. Add sugar, 1 pound sugar to every pint of juice. Boil for 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Skim well. When cold, bottle.
