Raspberry Punch
- 2 cups raspberries
- Syrup
- Juice of 3 medium-sized lemons
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 pint water
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 quart carbonated water
Add the lemon juice to raspberries and syrup. Make a syrup by mixing sugar and water. Chill thoroughly and add to fruit. Strain. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add the thin lemon slices. Just before serving, add carbonated water. This recipe makes about 24 glasses.
