Raspberry Jelly

  • Ripe raspberries
  • Sugar, pounded
Allow 3/4 pound of sugar to every pound of fruit.

Boil the raspberries for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Strain and weigh the juice. Add the sugar in the above proportions. Boil for 15-20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Skim and stir thoroughly.
